If your order ships before all items have arrived in stock, BBL will keep a back order with the remaining items. Please note that any back orders below $100 will be canceled unless you have other orders on file with a grand total of over $100.
Your card will be pre-authorized before picking the order, and charged when the order ships. If you do not provide credit card details during checkout, your order will still be confirmed, however we request that you provide a credit card as soon as possible. Please note that if we have not received your credit card details three (3) weeks after your order is ready to ship, we may have to cancel the order to free up stock for other customers.
All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Aurora, Ontario.
For parcels and cartons our preferred shipper is Canpar. For pallets, we find the best solution based on current rates.
Shipping costs vary based on location and order size, however the cost on orders over $1,000 is capped for most provinces at either 15% or 20% of the order value. Please note that these percentages are maximums; your shipping cost may in fact be lower than this amount. Refer to the map below to see your maximum shipping cost.
For pallet orders, extra charges from the carrier are not included under the cap. These charges include:
- Tailgate charge (if no shipping dock to receive) – $55
- Re-delivery charge (if the first attempt fails) – $45
- Inside delivery charge (if the driver needs to bring the pallet more than 20′ away from the truck) – $50

Please add a note to your order or contact us if a delivery appointment is required. If the carrier is unable to reach you, storage fees will apply and be billed to you by BBL.
