Shipping & Billing

Order Minimums

There is a $250.00 dollar minimum for any order. Specific items may also have minimum order quantities.

Back Orders

If your order ships before all items have arrived in stock, BBL will keep a back order with the remaining items. Please note that any back orders below $100 will be canceled unless you have other orders on file with a grand total of over $100.

Pricing

All pricing is in Canadian Dollars. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Payment

This website does not accept payment. After placing an order, please contact BBL to provide your credit card details. We store credit card information in a secure vault hosted by Moneris, and will only charge your card once the order ships.

Please note that if we have not received your credit card details three (3) weeks after your order is ready to ship, we may have to cancel the order to free up stock for other customers. 

It's important to notify us if you have any email, phone number or address changes - we will ship to the address on file and communicate to the contact details on file, unless instructed otherwise. 

Shipping

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Aurora, Ontario.

For parcels and cartons our preferred shipper is Canpar. For pallets, we find the best solution based on current rates. 

Shipping costs vary based on location and order size, however the cost on orders over $1,000 is capped for most provinces at either 15% or 20% of the order value. Please note that these percentages are maximums; your shipping cost may in fact be lower than this amount. For pallet orders, tailgate surcharges are not included under the cap ($45). Refer to the map below to see your maximum shipping cost. 

 

Returns & Damages

If for any reason you receive your item damaged, please take a photo and send it to sales@baconbasket.com within 7 days of receipt with item numbers, quantities damaged and whether you would like the item replaced. Our team will process a credit or replacement for the items.

 

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the item that you have received, please email sales@baconbasket.com. Please note that if items are received as advertised when ordered, we will charge a re-stocking fee of 15% to accept returns.
